Running a Year End Routine on 三亿体育 #
On 三亿体育 the process of running a Year End Routine is straightforward process. Firstly, you will need to log into your 三亿体育 account. You will then land on the company selection screen with your list of companies shown in front of you.
When you are happy and satisfied that you have completed your current year and you are ready to move over to the next financial year, you would start by:
- Highlighting the company in question & then selecting the 鈥淵ear End Routine鈥� button to the right as shown below. Looking below you can see our Year Start is Jan 2023.
- You would then click Yes on the first prompt to display as shown below.
- On the next screen the below dialog box will be displayed and if you are happy to proceed you would type out the word 鈥淵ES鈥� into the available box on the bottom and then click on the OK button to start the Year End Routine process.
- After a few moments you should notice that the Year End Routine has been completed and that a Year End Backup file has been created also for us. If you look at the image below you will see our Year Start is now 2024, and that there is a file underneath where we can access our previous 2023 year if needed.
